GENDER EQUALITY PLAN GlaucoTech 2023–2027

The GlaucoTech Gender Equality Plan 2023-2027 (tentatively referred to as the "Plan") contributed to the response to gender equality in research and innovation. GlaucoTech is committed to promoting gender equality and creating a culture of inclusion for all employees. We recognize that achieving gender equality is not only a moral imperative, but also a business necessity for a thriving and sustainable organization.   This Gender Equality Plan (GEP) lays out our strategy and actions for achieving gender equality within our organization. The GEP will be formally published on the GlaucoTech website, signed by the top management. This will serve as a public commitment to our gender equality efforts and provide transparency to our stakeholders.
